We specialize in the manufacturing of high-precision optical components, including laser and infrared windows, lenses, and rectifiers. Utilizing both conventional grinding and polishing techniques, as well as advanced diamond turning processes, we work with a wide array of materials such as Germanium (Ge), Silicon (Si), Zinc Sulfide (ZnS), Zinc Selenide (ZnSe), Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Chalcogenide Glass, and Magnesium Fluoride (MgF₂). Our capabilities allow us to process apertures exceeding 300 mm, delivering exceptional surface quality and precision for your optical applications. 

Conventional Processing

Our expertise in conventional grinding and polishing techniques allows us to process a diverse range of high-precision laser and infrared windows, lenses, and rectifiers. We work with an array of materials, including Germanium (Ge), Silicon (Si), Zinc Sulfide (ZnS), Zinc Selenide (ZnSe), Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Chalcogenide Glass, Magnesium Fluoride (MgF₂), and other specialized optical substances. With the capability to handle processing apertures exceeding 300 mm, we ensure each component exhibits high precision and exceptional surface quality.

Diamond Turning

Equipped with state-of-the-art ultra-precision single-point diamond turning lathes, we specialize in producing optical components with superior precision and finish. Our capabilities include manufacturing aspherical, diffractive, and free-form surfaces from various infrared materials and non-ferrous metals such as Germanium, ZnSe, and Chalcogenide Glass. Our equipment can accommodate processing diameters up to 700 mm, achieving surface roughness as low as Ra < 1 nm and a shape error of P-V < 0.1 μm.

Optical Coating

Our advanced coating workshops utilize a range of cutting-edge optical coating equipment and techniques. These include thermal evaporation methods (both resistance heating and electron beam), plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition, and sputtering technologies. This versatility allows us to meet diverse coating requirements, providing products with diamond-like carbon films, infrared enhancement coatings, and laser damage-resistant films.

 Metrology Capabilities

Quality and precision are the cornerstones of our manufacturing process. Our optics workshop is outfitted with numerous precision-processing machines, including high-precision CNC lathes, three-axis and four-axis milling centers, and high-efficiency wire-cutting EDM machines. To ensure the highest standards, we employ dedicated metrology equipment such as three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines and other advanced testing instruments.

Our infrared lens assembly workshop features a 4,300 sq. ft. ultra-clean assembly area, fully equipped for optical assembly, alignment, and testing. We utilize internationally recognized testing equipment, including ZYGO interferometers, spherometers, surface profilers, autocollimators, dual optical path centration measurement instruments, internal focusing telescopes, and MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) and MRTD (Minimum Resolvable Temperature Difference) testers. Additionally, we maintain a dedicated laboratory for comprehensive environmental testing.
